Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of one year. L&P will repair or replace (at no cost to the purchaser) any defective Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed part. During the second year of the warranty L&P will replace any Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed part found to be defective. Purchaser shall pay all service and transportation costs related to the replacement of the defective part. The third through the twentieth years of the warranty, L&P will replace, any Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed part found to be defective. Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are excluded. Purchaser shall pay 1/18 of the then current replacement cost of the defective part multiplied by the number of years after two (2) years of the warranty.
