If you're not absolutely delighted by the mattress for any reason, you can send it back right then, at no cost! Then you can call your Expert Sleep Consultant at 1-800-628-8737 to select another model to be delivered for your approval.

    Included with your delivery service, 1-800-Mattress provides:

    • 1. Setup of new frame (if purchased)
    • 2. Placement of new mattress (and boxspring) on frame
    • 3. Removal of the old mattress (and boxspring) if requested prior to delivery
    • 4. Removal of all plastics and boxes from your new purchase.

    1-800-Mattress 30-Night Comfort Trial Policy

    To ensure the sleeping comfort of our valued customers, 1-800-Mattress is pleased to offer an in-home comfort trial for any mattress and boxspring set, or a mattress for a platform bed. The mattress and boxspring set are designed to work in unison; a new mattress placed on an old box spring is not eligible for the comfort trial, and may void your warranty. Your Comfort Trial period begins the night of your delivery.

    If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 nights, call 1-800-628-8737 for an exchange. We will gladly exchange your mattress or set ONCE (1) for another mattress or set of equal or greater value. The exchange must be at the same address as the original delivery. While there is a $99 Exchange Fee for each exchange regardless of the size or model, you will receive a $99 merchandise credit valid for one year toward your next 1-800-Mattress purchase of $599 or more!

    With any new sleep surface, we strongly recommend that you give it at least a two week "breaking-in" period. During this time you must follow the care instructions on your warranty card. Remember that your bedding purchase is an investment in your comfort and health.

    Merchandise for exchange must be clean and free of holes, tears and stains of any kind, or any signs of unusual use. No comfort exchange will be made after the 30th night.

    The Comfort Trial offer excludes the following items: Custom Sizes, Electric Bed Bases, Folding Cots, High-Risers, Frames, Mattress Pads, Pillows, Sheets, and Comforters.

    In the event of customer error (i.e., inadvertently ordering a full size when a queen size is required) in placing the original order, a second delivery fee and 10% handling fee will apply to the exchange.
