Not only do we promise fast, easy and convenient delivery, but we also offer white glove delivery of your online purchase from our trucks to your bedroom, for a flat rate of $9.99.
 
Ordering a mattress by itself or with additional items? It doesn’t matter how many items you purchase, your delivery fee remains just $9.99. Please Note: Someone must be home to accept delivery.

Mattress.com will also set up your merchandise quickly and by warranty standards, all with care and respect for your floors, walls and household items. There will be nothing for you to do when we leave but enjoy your new mattress, as we will take all packaging with us when we leave.

As an extra touch of convenience, we will even carry your old mattress to the curbside or remove it completely from your residence*.

*Please note: Set up of new bedding and removal of old bedding is only available in the following states: CT, Oakland CA, DC, DE, S. FL, MA, MD, S.W. ME, NH, NJ, NY Metro, PA, RI, N. VA, and S. VT. Only Stearns and Foster and Tempur-Pedic products will be set up upon delivery in all states.
 



Where Do We Deliver?

Our current delivery area includes all 50 U.S. states. If you live in CT, Los Angeles CA, Oakland CA, DC, DE, S. FL, MA, MD, S.W. ME, NH, NJ, NY Metro, PA, RI, N. VA, or S. VT most items will be available for next day delivery. You will be able to schedule a date and a 4 hour time window for your delivery at the time of purchase. For some special order merchandise, delivery might take 2 to 3 weeks. If this should occur, you will receive a call when your order has arrived at our delivery agent. The delivery agent will set up a convenient delivery day and 4 hour time window.
 
If you live in AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MN, MS, MO, MT, NE, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI, or WY most items will be delivered within 2 to 3 weeks. You will receive a call when your order has arrived at our delivery agent. The delivery agent will set up a convenient delivery day and 4 hour time window. Cancellations of orders in transit in these areas involve a restocking fee of 20% of the retail price of the merchandise, plus local delivery charge.

Some items are shipped via UPS. These items will arrive separately in approximately five (5) to nine (9) business days. (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the United States and P.O boxes in Alaska and Hawaii.
